1.How long will it take to produce an order?
It is at least 60 days for the purchasing and production time with container order and 15 days for the sample. The reason why we take it long is purely guarantee the quality.

2. What is your minimum order?
Our Minimum Quantity is 300 Pieces for Poly Resin Home Decor and 100 Pieces for Garden Decor.

3. What trade terms do you usually use?
We often use FOB&CIF offering the competitive price according to your sample. We can offer the price of FOB, price of CIF. FOB is the port of Xiamen/China; CIF is the port where you appoint.

4. What is your payment term?
Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery or L/C at sight for the container order. 100% T/T in advance for the sample order. We accept US dollar, GBP, Euro.

5. Does SHINEDHE do customers' design?
Customers' design is warmly welcome. Our powerful design group will arrange samples only for you to cater to your demand. However, a minimum custom order for 500 pieces is a must.

6. Is the sample for free or not?
You have to pay the sample charge first, but we will return to you when you play order to us.

7. Can I get a catalog from you?
Yes, we can send you electronic catalog by e-mail, if 8 MB space is available in your mail box. Hard-copy (printed catalogs) can also be sent on request, but it will take time to reach you and please pay the postage. This can also be sent by e-mail duly scanned.

8. Can I get a price discount if I order in large quantities?
Yes, this is according to your quantity.

9. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
We only produce the medium-to-high grade products, The Mold of the Poly Resin are treated with Vacuum Pump in a high pressure chamber. Afterwards, they are seasoned & kiln dried or sunlight dried (15 days duration) to ensure moisture level between 0.5%-1%.We used nonpoisonous, environmental protection of the paint. This will be good for your market and attract more customers for you.

10. How do you pack the products?
Regarding the packaging, it is sturdy, foolproof, sea-worthy. Our buyers in different continents world-wide are fully satisfied with packaging. An item is covered by 0.8-1.0mm EPE Foam or Bubble Bag followed by White or Brown Box. Third layer is Carton (A=A or K=A). That will be protected the goods without any damage on the transportation.

11. How are the orders shipped?
By sea. We arrange up to the port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer).
